While I have replied to each of these issues, I fear that perhaps I only replied to the specific individual and not the group as a whole. Therefore, I am revisiting each issue...my response is in blue italics below.

Nothing was sent to us by LaSalle. All notices were delivered to us by Rezmar.

My statement that only about 30 notices were fowarded was simply communicate that it appeared the issue has been dealt with already, and I recalled addressing this issue previously. The matter would simply be resolved by paying the bill and changing the mailing address with the county. At the time, it did not appear a "majority" of the owners were in arrears.

It has been less than 24 hours since the communication began. As stated, a letter will be going out today or tomorrow. I don't feel that is an unreasonable response time.

Again, anything we rec'd, we forwarded. I cannot answer what happened to the rest of the bills.
