The white Ford Ranger truck (Plate Number: IL 91 107 F) continues to park
in the visitor parking. The owner of the vehicle has now had over 48
hours since time for notification.

There is another vehicle using the visitor parking spaces on a full time
basis. A silver Audi A6 4-door (Plate Number: WI 355-DLD). Pictures have
been taken and will be posted to the Vanguard Lofts website. This vehicle
is routinely parked in the visitor lot on the weekends and every night
during the week.

Please find attached pictures of the silver Audi A6.

Better than a sticker, I just took the phone number off of the truck and
called. Dispatch will track down the driver within 24 hours and tell
them not to park there anymore. So after tonight, you shouldn't see the
truck there anymore.

  Michael,

Please find attached pictures of the white Ford Ranger truck (Plate
Number: 91 107 F) that has been parking in the visitor spaces. The truck
was parked behind the building every night last week between the hours of
5:00pm - 8:00am, and the entire weekend from Friday at 5:00pm until Monday
at 8:00am. As suggested in your last email, a warning sticker needs to be
placed on this vehicle. The owner of the truck has been using the visitor
parking spaces as private parking for over a month.

The visitor parking spaces have been on the "honor system" since their
inception. Except for a couple of incidents, it's worked out pretty
well.
The spaces are simply patroled by the owners themselves, and any signs
of
abuse should be reported to management.

I will have Julio (maintenance) look for the vehicle in question and
place a
warning sticker on it. If the pattern continues, we will have the
vehicle
  towed.
