The combined mugging and breakin are, indeed, alarming. Yes, maybe it's
time to think of a security guard for 10 hours or so a day. While this
might raise assessment by $35-50 a month, the costs of continued breakins
and especially of physical assaults make it even costlier NOT to have one.

It's also of concern to pet owners who risk having dogs/cats harmed
in a breakin, or of having them lost if they run out of the unit.
Should we consider a "pets page" on the building's homepage in case
of lost pets? (eg, pet, picture, etc so owners can be contacted)
