As Jim stated in his last email, litigation started years ago and
continues to this day. The board of directors met with the attorney last
week to discuss the status. We have been told not to discuss the
litigation. Sorry we cannot provide more information. Please know that
once we are at liberty to disclose information to the owners, we will do
so.
