Joy--Chris and I have a meeting scheduled with Roddy in the next two
weeks to present concerns. We'll provide a summary around mid-February.
The two biggest concerns seem to be:
1) The same level of service for everbody: Some of us get excellent
service, others apparently far less so
2) Upgradinging equipment, especially HDTV.

Litigation was begun years ago and has moved through various stages
over the years. Depositions, motions, counter-suits and such can drag
these issues out for years. Rezko's legal problems complicate things.
Most attorneys *strongly* advise clients against discussing on-going
litigation, so past Boards are constrained in discussing it. At this
point that's about the best we can tell you.
