Subject: Security and propping doors open

Just a reminder - neither the front interior/exterior lobby doors nor the
back door by the elevator may be propped open and left open. Sometimes,
when unloading, it might be necessary for a minute or two. But, doors
may not be left open.
The front and rear doors are monitored by the building's security
system. If the doors are left open for more than a few minutes, it
triggers an alert. If there is a compelling need prop doors open for
more than a few minutes, such as moving or deliveries, temporary
arrangments can be made by contacting a Board member.
