I use All Temp and they have been great and the price is reasonable. I got the recommendation off of Angie's List. They have a special price for cleaning your furnace and air conditioning every year. I think it is around $130. the number is 1-800-ALL-TEMP.
The first time my heat went out and First Properties told me they had never had this problem before (not true), All Temp came out and showed me how to re-set my unit and explained why the unit will shut down on a windy day. They guy felt bad he had to come out to just re-set my unit and only charged me for his time to drive here.

I am moving! That is what preempted my furnace cleaning. It is stipulated in the contract based on recommendation of the inspector.
I think you're supposed to get it cleaned once per year. But I have been in my place for 4.5 years and have never had it cleaned (oops!).
