Good afternoon.
I had a similar issue at another property I owned in 2006.
I actually hired a handy man to come and retrue the door. He took the door off, checked the square of the frame and door, re hung the door and everything worked fine.
It is only about $100 for the work and is a much easier solution then buying a new door. Worst case scenario if the handy man is a carpenter they can also sand a 1/16" off if needed if the frame is not true.
