FYI...

Last night someone was using the water valve on the back side of the
building next to the dumpsters and the valve broke. The water appears to
have been running for several hours as it had flooded out the service
drive area in the rear of the building.

Last night when I arrived home around 7:30pm I noticed the problem during
a walk through of the visitor parking. I called the emergency hotline to
report the problem immediately. Teddy our maintenance guy was dispatched
and he was able to shut off the water by 8:30pm.

I asked the people at the emergency hotline if the problem had been
reported, and they had no record of anyone calling in. If anyone sees
water gushing out of the back side of the building, please report it
immediately. This goes for any problem you see in or around the building.

The water valve will remain shut off until the repair has been completed.
