In regards to the white Chrysler 300 that has been parking in the visitor
parking spaces behind the building... last night I dropped off a letter
and a copy of the Vanguard Lofts rules and regulations to the unit owner.
If the white Chrysler 300 is found parking behind the building, it is to
be towed. Please call First Properties or the Condo Board if you see this
vehicle parking in violation of the rules.
The unit owner has been informed that a full time parking space is
available for rent for $150 per month.
Special thanks to all the residents that help identify the problem. Please
keep a watchful eye for other vehicles in violation of the guest parking
rules.
