Joe & Board Members-

A prior email was sent by a resident concerning door
warping. This weekend my door became stuck. We could
use the key to unlock the door, however, the door
would not open. This is due to warping or faulty
locks/door.

What is the board's policy on door replacement, cost
of door, or any reimbursement for repair.

Any suggests please.
