Thanks to the people who responded to our request for information
regarding USADISH. Here's a bit more information to help us move
forward:

1) If you have recently attempted to inquire about a new service (eg,
getting Dish service, upgrade to HDTV, getting Internet service),
and/or especially:

2) If you have service issues that require USADISH to come and service
them or at least to respond,

Then call again this week, and then every few days. The USADISH number:
     630-539-1154

Also send an email to:
    Roddy Glen <roddyglen@juno.com>

Then, cc the email to: condoboard@1250westvanburen.com
and also let us know when you called. Do this every few days and keep us
informed.
