If I remember right, access to the roof is pretty restricted. The only
people I know of that would have any need to be up there late at night
would be Verizon, because they have 24 hour access to their equipment
(it's part of their lease agreement with Vanguard Lofts).

I also live on the 7th floor, and I used to think people were on the
roof at all hours of the night, only to find it was loose insulation,
etc. getting blown around the roof. It can sound similar.

Board:

Do we know whether or not the new balconies along the west side of 1224
are close enough to our building to allow access to our roof? I know
the contractors from 1224 used to get on to our roof all the time.

Please call (847.567.9595 - cell) if you have any questions or require
additional information.

I live on the 7th floor and hear people on the roof quite often. Is
it
common for them to be working up there that late at night?
