I absolutely agree with what everyone is saying here. I've gotten stuck
several times for very short periods of time, however a former roommate of
mine was stuck for OVER AN HOUR. While I would love to go on about how
poorly the situation was handled by First Properites, I won't. What it
comes down to is that this is a serious problem. Until it is fixed for
good, I think the dog owners AND bike owners should be able to use the front
elevator. Rules should not come before safety.
