I don't know, but I sure am looking forward to the Sundance movie theater
which will open there. There are currently NO movie theaters in the loop,
west loop or south loop. The Fine Arts Theater on South Michigan closed
shortly after we moved in. There was also used to be the Burnham in the
South Loop, but I was never there. It showed ordinary movies that played
eveywhere and was supposed to be very rundown and not very clean.
That will change with this one, one that is planned for Roosevelt Road and
one for the Block 37 project in the loop, (which if we're lucky will be
completed sometime in our lifefimes.)
I am most excited for the Sundance Theater. Imagine, movies that probably
will only be playing at a few theaters in the area at a theater 3 blocks
from us!
