Subject: Stuck Elevators and service numbers to call

The rear elevator was out again this evening. Apparently, nobody
called the emergency number as of about 11 pm.
When you find a serious issue that need immediate attention, the
First Properties after-hours number is:
773-854-9434
The 1P number during office hours: 312-829-8900
Teddy was the on-call person tonight, and he said that the elevator
service people would be out tomorrow.
Things won't get fixed unless they're reported.
