Subject: Bag in the tree

Hi,
There has been a large bag stuck in one of the trees on the west side of the
building for at least the last six months. I would like to try and get it
down before it gets too cold but I'm not sure how. Does anybody in the
building have a long telescoping pole (like a golf ball retriever or a long
dusting pole)?
