USA Dish complaint info needed

The Board urgently needs responses to the query sent out yesterday
regarding USA Dish being on-site and Roddy's phone access. Given the
number of complaints and the volume, I'm assuming everybody followed up
on that post from yesterday that requested:

1) People who wanted service to call Roddy to see if they could get
through and if they did what happened

2) Those who left perior service request messages to report to us if
USA Dish came on-site today as promised or if there was an attempt by
USA Dish to provide service

3) To report this back to the Board so we can report to Echostar
tomorrow (Friday) morning.

Echostar contacted me today with a preliminary inquiry about what you
all had reported. Only one person with a Big Skyz billing complaint
has responded to us, indicating that he got through to Roddy and was
informed that the complaint would be taken care of.

We know that people are busy, but a phone call to Roddy would take
60 seconds. If people want a resolution to this, THERE MUST be some
cooperation. So: PLEASE - give us something to work with. If you don't
take this opportunity, then it would be best to complain no further.
