Those aren't the only cracks in the walls. I showed Brian a list I compiled over a year ago and he just glanced at it. I am with you the board should walked the building and have these cracks repaired in the proper way. Not just applying some mud which would only be a temporary fix but remove the outer layer of drywall so that a new sheet can be installed that extends beyond both sides of the doors so it doesn't occur again.
