Martin, Ronald - you both pose some excellent suggestions, and you are
both quite correct that we could do more to integrate renters. I will
introduce a motion at the Board meeting tomorrow night that will allow
us to collective and cooperatively develop some of the ideas you've
shared privately.

Thank you both for taking the initiative on this, and I think we can
develop some new policies that benefit both renters, loft-lords, and
other owners. Great job, guys!
