I understood the rule that dogs had to use the rear elevator provided that, if it was out of order, the front one could be used. I also would like to see it established that, when the rear elevator is working, all large items (including our bicycles) be moved on it and the front one used only when the back one is out of order. Perhaps all residents need to be reminnded of exactly what the policy is.
