Michael,
I can arrange to let a roofer into my unit any time on the weekends (as long
as I can arrange it in advance) or next Thursday/Friday. Please let me know
when you can arrange something. You can reply to my email or call me on my
cell at 312.933.4466.
About the website, a thank you should definitely be place to the person who
is hosting that site. I'm sure most everyone assumed that
www.vandguardlofts.com was probably paid for by the association. And, if it
is not, then I definitely agree with the other owners that it should be. I
find it extremely helpful and convienient knowing that I can go to one place
to find all the communication I need about our building/community. Maybe
the board should include this minor cost in the association budget.
Thanks,
Belinda
