Didn't BREAK ONTO the roof Michael. I sure would like to know how you are figuring that we BROKE ONTO the roof. If you want to go back an forth we can. But don't let others see some false statments about me breaking onto the roof. I had sent John a private email about how I heard about the $1000 lock comment. I didnt post it on this discussion board. Now, I'm sure everyone reading this is going to gain even more confidence in you admitting you saying it was a $1000 lock.
Want to know how they got on the roof? The combination was press #2 & #4 together and then press #3, that's the combination the damn lock comes programmed with. You can't say I BROKE ONTO the roof, you didn't even see me up there. On that particular day, the HVAC repair man said the door was open, not shut all of the way.
I expect an apology, on this discussion board, for saying I broke onto the roof, when you have no factual grounds to stand by.

I'll could answer all of your questions about 1stP in one answer, but what I have to say just wouldn't be appropriate on this discussion board. In my opinion, 1stP are a bunch of liars that are full of excuses just to passify our concern(s). I don't attend the monthly board meetings because they conflict w/ my work schedule. Also, I feel that any problems that I may have that a property management company would be able to resolve, 1st P would ignore it until it fixed itself. If I was able to attend a meeting, I would hope it was the one where a motion was made to get rid of 1stP and contract another Management Company.
What Management Company's do other condo buildings use in this area? Are they less expensive? Would they budget our dues more wisely?
One other piece of information I would like everyone to be aware of. I heard from someone at 1stP, that the lock on the door that leads to the roof is computer controlled and programmed to change the combination daily. Also, that, "The lock is a $1000.00 (Thousand dollar) lock". Who the heck approved that we spend $1000.00 on a door lock? I think that is an unreasonable price. So, I went up and looked at the lock, and saw that it was about a $100.00 (Hundred dollar) lock. (Best Lock Company makes identical locks, not sure if this one is by the same company.) Also comes pre programmed and the combination has to be manually changed. So, did 1stP pay a $100.00 and charge us $1000.00? Or was that just another excuse by 1stP to passify our confidence in building security while someone down at 1stP has an extra Nine HUNDO in their pocket? Again, this is just what I heard from 1stP, but haven't seen any proof otherw! ise. But regardless, it came from the mouth of an emplo!

Why is 1P apparently ignoring our concerns raised here?

Why did a private individual, rather than 1P, take the initiative
to post a notice about this to the owners?

What happened to the 2002 parking space notices from LaSalle bank?
Did 1P receive them? If so, what happened to them?

Sorry to start getting a bit strident on this, but there are some
questions to be answered, and it would be nice if 1P starts paying
attention to these rather serious concerns rather than silence.
Michael, do you have some answers?
