I don't think we're going to see eye-to-eye on this one, Jim, but a level
of disagreement in an organization is healthy. :)

Given that I was told about the two PIN issue in 4/2001 (ref: Vanguard
Voice) and chose to do nothing about it, I can hardly say that the
information about what I needed to act on wasn't provided to me. From
reading the most recent emails from JohnL and 1P, this information is going
to be mailed out again this week, in time to take care of things before the
tax sale.

Many of us are first time home owners, and we've learned a lesson about
taxes that we aren't about to forget.
