Yes, we have requested that First Properties contact the elevator service
company for a complete inspection and a root cause analysis of the
problems. We hope to have a full report with more information at the
11/14/2007 board meeting.

Jim et al,
Have we received a formal and complete diagnosis of the problem with
the elevator? If not, I suggest we get this done as a first step so
that we can investigate and evaluate potential solutions. Such
information provides the basis upon which we all can make an informed
decision and live with the consequences.
