I called in, and they told me the tech is scheduled for early tomorrow morning. They sent me to Ben's, voice mail (manager), to voice my concern:
"This is unacceptable for a service outage within a 100 unit property account."

Yes, everybody call!
We just called and were told that a service call was in the process of
being scheduled and something should be on-site in a few hours. Keep
calling to let them know we're disgruntled, because logging the calls
and complaints pushes them a bit faster.
