I just called again and they said theortically it should be fixed by tonight. They have gotten lots of calls from our building.

she said that several people have called from our building and they
are sending out a tech today. but she said the more people that call,
the faster a tech will come out!!

We just called and were told that a service call was in the process of
being scheduled and something should be on-site in a few hours. Keep
calling to let them know we're disgruntled, because logging the calls
and complaints pushes them a bit faster.
